Meal planning estimates

NourishWeek provides recipes, meal schedules and shopping estimates. Nutrition is calculated from ingredient data and may differ by brand, preparation and portion. Goal defaults are general planning inputs, not individualized medical advice. Review portions and totals for your own needs.

Review every ingredient and product label for allergies and dietary needs. Ingredient filters cannot verify manufacturer certification or cross contamination. The halal option excludes pork ingredients; it does not verify halal certification. Free-text preferences are suggestions, not guaranteed exclusions. Follow safe cooking, cooling and storage practices and package instructions.

Shopping estimates

Prices are dated observations for the store identified in the list, not live inventory or checkout guarantees. Older prices are marked as estimates. Items without verified prices are excluded from the partial total. Product packages, availability, taxes and actual totals can change. NourishWeek does not sell groceries or place retailer orders.

Accounts and sharing

Keep your sign-in email secure and use the service lawfully. Your account stores private plans. Creating a share link makes the meal overview available to anyone with the link; only share information you intend to make public. Do not misuse the service, bypass usage limits or attempt to access another person's data.

Free and Pro

Free includes one seven-day plan per account, three successful swaps for that plan and continued access to saved plans. The free plan is used only after it is successfully saved. Pro includes unlimited generation and swaps and copying saved plans to new dates. After Pro ends, saved plans, recipes, shopping lists, sharing, portion adjustments and snack settings remain available. New plans, regeneration, copying to new dates and swaps require Pro, except for unused swaps on your original free plan. Expiry does not grant another free plan. Start dates must be today or later in your time zone. Each plan covers seven fixed days. Beta upgrades have ended. Pro requires a paid subscription. Selecting a price does not grant Pro or authorize a charge. PDF export and a dedicated prep-day mode are not currently included.

Billing and subscription

Pro costs USD $7.99 per month, billed every month, or USD $49 per year, billed every year. Paid subscriptions automatically renew on the selected billing cycle until you cancel renewal. The checkout will show the total and any applicable taxes before you confirm payment.

You must explicitly subscribe and authorize payment at checkout to start a paid plan.

Refunds

You can request a full refund of your first Pro subscription payment within 7 days of that payment. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans. Email support@nourishweek.com with your subscription email and payment reference.

Renewal payments and requests made more than 7 days after your first payment are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund a payment or provide a partial refund for unused time.

A refund request is separate from a cancellation request. If you also want to stop future renewals, include that request in your email. These terms do not limit your rights under applicable law.

Cancellation

You can cancel renewal at any time before your next billing date through Manage subscription on the Pro page or by contacting support@nourishweek.com. Include the email used for your subscription so we can locate it. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro access continues until the end of your current paid billing period, then your account returns to Free.

No payment or paid subscription starts when you select a price on the pricing page.

Availability and changes

Features and recipe coverage can change. AI or rule-generated plans can contain mistakes; review them before shopping or cooking. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law. Changes will be reflected by the date on this page.
